Old mandrel bar redressing and New Mandrel Bars:

• Latest and the most crucial development for PQF mill
• Redresses old mandrel bars reducing the lower dimensions, grinding them and then chrome plate them
• We have invested in long turning machines, grinding machines, and chrome plating facility in-house for the above process
• These are being successfully used in our existing customer plants

Specifications:

• 42 crmo 4 quenched & tempered to 280 - 300 bhn 

• Made from prime ingots (vacuum degassed ladle refined)
